At FYNX™ Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing dependable, high-quality equine therapy equipment.

All FYNX™ IGNITE Red Light Therapy products and FYNX™ PEMF products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty begins on the original date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects affecting applicable therapy devices, wraps, blankets, controllers, batteries, charging components, and internal electrical components.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Defective electrical components

• Battery, controller, or charging malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects

• LED or PEMF coil failures resulting from manufacturing defects

• Product malfunctions resulting from defects under normal, intended use

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care

• Damage caused by horses, including chewing, kicking, pawing, or stepping on products

• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

• Damage resulting from improper charging, storage, cleaning, or exposure to moisture

• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions

Warranty Claims

If a covered defect occurs within the warranty period, FYNX™ Performance will repair or replace the defective product or component at our discretion, at no charge for the covered repair or replacement.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or additional information to help evaluate the issue.
