FYNX Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible, your FYNX product must be:

  • Unused and in like-new condition, just as you received it

  • Packaged in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift certificates

  • Custom-made products (e.g. bespoke sizes or personalization)


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@fynxperformance.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Do not ship your product before receiving your RMA—unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Returns Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days

  • Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method


Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • It's returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • The packaging is missing or the product appears used


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you’d like a different size or model, please email us and we’ll guide you through the process.


Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to FYNX’s error

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method—we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on your refund?

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take a few days for the refund to post

  • If it's still missing, reach out to us at support@fynxperformance.com for assistance
