International Shipping & Duties

FYNX ships globally. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear with shipping carriers.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged:

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remoter areas without viable courier access. If your delivery address is in a restricted area, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative solution.
